how to do handshake

HANDSHAKE

I think , it sounds simple. But actually it has some ethics too.

Today , I was at school and we did something like handshakes (halah bihalal) , all school folks,headmaster,  teachers, students, school employees , ALL ! And I kinda feel sorry to them who still don't know the ethics of doing HANDSHAKES. It is soooo stupid , and totally embarassing , really !!! 

Even , there is a teacher do the same things too.So, when someone grab your hands look at the eyes ! Don't look away. When someone grab your hands, make a little smile ,don't be frown. Don't sit when doing handshakes, wake up ! That is soooo not disrespect 
And you know what?  I was smiling, I was doing eyes contact , but some of them didn't do it back to me.
Show some respect , respect to each others.
There's a quote said "When you smile at someone, it is an action of LOVE, a GIFT to that person, a BEAUTIFUL thing"  They said they're smart , but the way they speak , they do handshakes, all makes me doubt. I'm sorry, but I got to say this , I talk the reality not fake. If you don't like it, tell me! I just want to be respected, because I also respected you.
